Valerie Hausladen is founder and partner of Magnetika, a strategic marketing firm based in Denver and Austin that services clients nationwide.
Valerie specializes in bringing fresh thinking and innovative marketing strategies to top-tier organizations. She has split her career as an executive in Fortune 500 technology and health companies, and as a leader of global digital and full-service advertising agencies.
Valerie has successfully taken both large and small companies to new levels of growth. During her tenure as Marketing Director for the public sector, she helped Dell rise to the #1 position in Education. As Chief Marketing Officer for SlimGenics, she launched the company into a top online retail site to expand its leadership beyond local weight loss centers.
As President of Tocquigny — a digital agency in Austin — Valerie led the growth to acquire new customers and grew revenue from $1M to $9M in four years. Later Valerie was hired as Managing Director WPP’s global agency, Enfatico, to build the agency’s largest office servicing a $4.5B, three-year account.
Valerie is a graduate of Stanford University and has served on the Board of Directors for the Miracle Foundation, American Red Cross and the marketing committee for the People’s Community Clinic. She loves to write and recently published her bestselling book, Professional Destiny, which rose to the #1 position on Amazon in two non-fiction categories.

Jennifer Manske Fenske has 15 years experience in content development, most recently in social media strategy, blogging and content creation. As the Director of Social Media and Content for a Colorado-based health company, Jennifer built the organization's social media presence from zero to six platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube) and more than 40K followers. Jennifer also built two online client communities and directed the content creation, blogger management, moderation and participation strategy.
In her work as a marketing manager for a Fortune 1000 company, Level 3 Communications, Jennifer was adept at writing for a brand’s voice and tone. Using dialogue strategy, Jennifer can map an organization's business goals to their content. An expert content marketer, she understands how to optimize B2B or B2C writing so organic search results soar.
Jennifer is a novelist and an avid blogger about art and writing. She is also the creator of Healthy Creatures, an iPad app for children. Jennifer has an M.A. in English from Stony Brook University, and also holds a B.A. (English) from Clemson University.
